Perak Academy Presents Public Forum on Tan Sri Dr. Tan Chee Khoon

Perak Academy will be presenting a public forum on Tan Sri Dr. Tan Chee Khoon (Mr. Opposition), which will discuss how his ideals are relevant to us today.

The forum will be held on 3 September, from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm, at 1Lasam located on No. 1 Jalan Lasam, 30350, Ipoh.

The speakers will be Prof. Datuk Dr Denison Jayasooria, whose areas of specialization are Ethnic Relations, Ethnic Minorities and Human Rights; Civil Society and Social Work; Public Policy Advocacy; Sustainable Development Goals. And

Tan Poh Lai (youngest daughter of Tan Sri Dr Tan Chee Khoon), who is a mother, lawyer, selfless social worker and a politician. She is a dedicated social activist.
