Exclusive for Chinese New Year, Casuarina@Meru has prepared yet another scrumptious menu for its guests and visitors.

To greet the Year of the Rooster, Hotel Casuarina@Meru has rolled out a few delicious set menus to help usher in a year filled with luck and prosperity. Among delicacies included for the Chinese New Year serving are Salmon Yee Sang, Five Hot and Cold Combinations, Braised Soups (Seafood/Fish Lips/Crab meat) and not to forget Sweetened Snow Fungus, Gingko Nuts and Red Dates in syrup for dessert.

“We aim to provide a cosy dining session for our guests and family at our Casuarina Room. Being a halal-certified restaurant, our chefs are making this effort to make a satisfying and memorable dining experience,” said Norafiza Abu Seman, the Manager for marketing and communication of Hotel Casuarina@Meru. 

There are three different set menu options available during the promotion which starts from January 15 to February 12. For the Opulence & Good Luck set menu, priced at RM788/10 pax, guests will be served with nine  items including Roasted Crispy Chicken, Teow Chew-style Steamed Sea bass, Fried Rice with Anchovies and desserts. Priced at RM988/10 pax. the Wealth and Fortune set is a combination of nine dishes including Deep Fried Boneless Chicken, Steamed Garoupa Fish, Wok Fried Fresh Water Prawns with dates and curry leaves and Hong Kong Style Seafood Fried Rice. The third set menu is the Everlasting Prosperity, priced at RM1188/10 pax, comprising 10 different dishes including Casuarina’s signature Golden Crispy Chicken. Steamed Pomfret with light soya sauce, Buttered Prawns, Seafood Fried Rice wrapped with lotus leaf and only for this set, customers will get to have not only one but two desserts.
